The Denial Refund Guarantee applies to the Full Attorney tier ($2,999 — Cho & Associates) only. If USCIS issues a final denial of your case, 100% of the attorney fee is refunded — once per engagement, to your original payment method, within 30 days of our written confirmation of a qualifying claim. Denials issued as a matter of USCIS discretion are covered. Submit a written claim with a copy of the denial notice within 30 days of the date on the denial notice. The refund covers the attorney fee only; USCIS government fees are paid by you directly to USCIS and are non-refundable by law. The guarantee does NOT apply when the denial is caused by facts the client concealed from the attorney — including prior criminal record, fraudulent or fabricated documents, prior immigration violations (e.g. overstay, removal, prior fraud allegations), or any other material fact undisclosed during intake — or by client-initiated withdrawals, abandonment, or refusal to follow attorney advice. RFE responses and post-RFE denials are covered, subject to the Retainer Agreement. After a refund the engagement ends; a motion (Form I-290B) or re-filing is available under a separate engagement. Yes — in the Full Attorney tier ($2,999), for the standard RFE that USCIS issues for marriage-based cases. We respond within USCIS’s deadline and use evidence already in your file. Highly complex RFEs (e.g. fraud allegations) or RFEs arising from facts not disclosed during screening or intake may need a separate scope, which we’ll quote transparently before any work. The Limited-Scope tier does not include RFE response.
GC4S pairs an experienced NY-licensed immigration attorney with software-assisted intake and in-house Korean–English certified translations. We don’t carry the overhead of a Manhattan boutique with high-end office space and large marketing teams. The legal work is the same — the overhead isn’t.

Yes — consular processing through the National Visa Center. Total USCIS/NVC fees are about $1,355 instead of the AOS path’s $2,115–$3,005. Consular processing is provided under a separate engagement with the attorney and is outside the Denial Refund Guarantee.
